Parents Responsibilities
After the child is enrolled, it is the parents responsibility to provide the following:
Lunch/bottles - well marked with name
Diapers
Change of clothes
Weather appropriate clothing for outdoor activities
Blanket (optional for preschool / kindergarten)
Personal items such as toys, books, money, are not to brought to school. Children may bring a special item for nap time, such as a blanket or a staffed animal.
Parents must sign their children in and out at the sign in desk each day.
This is extremely important for emergency situations. Children are not permitted to a sign in and out. Only adults authorized on the registration form will be allowed to pick up the child.
REMEMBER: The door of Paideia Academy is always open for parents to visit.
Paideia Academy enrolls children ages 2 months to 6 years. To enroll a child, the parent needs to fill out and turn in the following forms:
A registration form
A signed fee and payment plan
A complete and updated immunization record
A written consent for emergency care
A signed consent for pictures and field trips
In helping new children feel comfortable, we offer the following options:
Children may visit for a short time 1-2 days before enrollment begins
Staff will meet with parents to discuss routines and concerns
